What this website collects
This website has no forms, no user accounts and no analytics, and it does not set cookies of its own. It does not collect personal information when you read it. The fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.
What we receive when you email us
- Your name, your email address and your organisation.
- Anything else you choose to include, such as your role, a phone number or details of what you need.
How we use it and why
We use it to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a scoping call and, if you become a client, to prepare proposals, contracts and invoices and to deliver the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (answering people who contact us about our services) and, where you ask for a proposal or sign a contract, taking steps at your request before a contract and performing it. Where the law requires us to keep records, such as tax and accounting records, that is our lawful basis for keeping them.
Who sees it
Only Thermal Mass Appeal Ltd and the providers that run our email, file storage and accounting. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
For an enquiry that does not lead to work, only as long as needed to deal with it. For client work, as long as needed for the contract and for legal, tax and insurance purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Email us to do any of these. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We will update this page if what we do changes, and change the date at the top.
